On tonight's episode of "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" Craig slapped a camera during the intro, as he does every night, but tonight he broke it.
After the glass lens shattered on the floor, Ferguson shouted, "That was awesome!"
He followed by sweeping up the glass while performing the monologue.
Ferguson later said, "These cameras are old. I slap that camera every night like it’s a naughty little donkey. I can’t seriously plow through this crap now. This week was great - I broke a camera; Michelle Obama was on 'Sesame Street.' That camera had it coming. You know why? That's what you get if you add ten pounds to me!"
Afterwards he mentioned the new "Star Trek" movie and joked, "These days [William] Shatner could play a small planet."
