California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger made his 25th appearance on tonight’s episode of “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.” He discussed some current events and awarded Leno with a CA proclamation thanking him for 17 years of entertainment.
After Leno showed a video montage of people imitating Schwarzenegger and another one of the “Governator”’s past “Tonight Show” appearances, Arnold had some choice words for Leno.
He said, “This was very funny. You’re such an idiot.”
Schwarzenegger commented on Tuesday’s CA Supreme Court decision to uphold the ban on same-sex marriage: “[We have to] Respect the court’s decision. Eventually it will be overturned – I’m sure.”
His stance on same-sex marriage has changed from several years ago.
Leno said, “I don’t get why it bothers people so much.”
The governor said of the CA budget problem, “We need to look in the long term and fix the structural problems CA has. Our revenues have recently dropped from 104 billion to 76 billion.”
Schwarzenegger summarized the “secrets of success” he recently told the graduates of USC, “Come to this country, work like hell and marry a Kennedy.”
The governor just released on Tuesday an outline of $5.5 billion more cuts to CA’s budget.
